The Perth Platinum Promise
Every EasyScapes job ships with four guarantees:
- 10-Day Promise — Installation finishes in 10 days once on site, or PGR pays you $500. Period.
- 24-Month Plant Warranty — Any plant that dies in the first 24 months, PGR replaces. Free.
- 12-Month Support Plan — Free site visit at 3, 6, and 12 months to check beds, edges, and irrigation.
- White-glove finish — Site cleaned to better-than-handover. No skip bins on your verge after we leave.
How it works
- Book a Free Site Appraisal. PGR’s Service Manager walks the block with you. 45 minutes. Confirms which design fits and gives you a fixed-price quote.
- Sign the proposal. 50% deposit secures your slot in the works queue.
- PGR orders materials + slots your install. Typically 3–4 weeks from sign-off to crew on site.
- 10-day installation. Day 1 prep, Day 4 hardscape, Day 7 planting, Day 10 sign-off. Photos every day.
- Final 50% invoice + sign-off walk-through.
- Perth Platinum Promise active. 12 months of support + 24 months of plant warranty.

EasyScapes works on flat-to-gently-sloped suburban blocks 100–300m². If your block is steeper, larger, or has complex access, the Service Manager will tell you on the site appraisal — and quote a custom landscape instead if it’s a better fit.
